In 2006 Isidoro Sfikas payed12.1 million for them and these properties date back to the 1920´s.

Last week the deal closed for $170,000/ unit, 14 times the rent roll.

The problem is that Parkash has had 2235 violations across 11 Bronx buildings that holds 720 apartments. He owns about 60 buildings in the city and over the past 5 years has collected around 2.7 million in tax breaks.

Two Bronxwood rental building were bought by Parkash for 30.6 million, a considerable amount that has lately been on everyone´s radar.

Other news affirm that Parkash acquired two contiguous Bronx multifamily rental buildings from Bronx landlord Isidoro Sfikas for 27.5 million, adding a total of 155000 SQFT and 162 rent-stabilized apartments.
